In order to level up and gain experience points, you’ll need to start collecting Pokémon, Pokéballs, and
items to help build and evolve your team. You can collect these items from Pokéstops.
What do PokeStops look like?
From a distance they are 3D blue diamonds (left) on your map. up close they are a spinning Gyroscope (right) looking icon and inside of these you can get free items which help you collect all the necessary itemsyou need to get your Pokémon roster built up.
How do you Use a PokéStop?
Once you click on the Gyroscope you will be pulled in and must spin the middle circle to release the items. The items will fly out and you simply click on them to collect.
